Flower and gem essences are vibrational remedies which facilitate powerful, yet safe and gentle emotional and spiritual healing for a variety of issues including stress relief, improving relationships, clarifying life purpose, getting to the root of health issues and much more. 

They are usually blended into combination formulas which come in liquid dosage bottles and are typically taken morning and night under the tongue or in a glass of water (for further instructions/ info click here).

I offer customized or popular blends for you using Australian, North American and/ or English essences. In co-creating your blend, I use my intuition to see your situation in a way than words or thoughts alone cannot reveal. Then, I am able to tune into which essences will best help you with your current challenges or growth process.

Essences are great for sensitive souls, as well as children and animals. They are self-adjusting, meaning they are as strong or as mild as your level of readiness for change! Use them to complement other therapies or practices such as bodywork, psychotherapy, yoga, journaling or expressive arts.

You can choose from one of many popular blends I have created for common issues, or I can create a customized blend just for you in conjuction with an intuitive reading/ healing session. When you choose the customized blend, we will have our consultation together in person or by phone, then following our time together I will tune in and choose your essences, create your blend and mail it out to you with instructions.

Typically a bottle lasts about a month, though every situation is unique and you may need it for shorter or longer periods of time. We will tune into this together during your session.

Your investment is $50 for the custom essence blend service, in addition to whichever length intuitive reading/ healing session you choose.
